VINEYARD INFORMATION

The estates from which the grapes were harvested are aired with optimal sun exposure and sandy soils. We use meticulous bud pruning in order to limit the amount of grapes per vine,thus resulting in a very concentrated and aromatic wine.

WINEMAKER'S COMMENTS

This syrah has a deep red color, inviting aromas of berries mixed with black olives and spices that give way to a finish that expresses the depth of the wine.
