MERLOT

V-shaped bunches and medium-size grapes. It allows the production of round and powerful wines, rich in alcohol content and colour and with relatively little acidity. These are wines with a full body and a balanced structure, with tannins, although quite soft, and they are suitable for ageing in casks.
